Welcome to doebou. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern your use of our retail and consignment services, and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and doebou, LLC.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your account credentials at all times.

Consignment Terms

Consignor Commission Table

Under $30: 60% Consignor Payout
$30.01 – $100: 65% Consignor Payout
$100.01 – $500: 70% Consignor Payout
$500.01+: 75% Consignor Payout

Listing Period & Returns: The standard listing period is 120 days. If an item remains unsold, we will return it to you at your request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consignor unless otherwise noted.

Payouts & Pricing: Payouts are issued via your chosen method once a sale is finalized. We reserve the right to set pricing and implement markdowns to facilitate sales, following our internal appraisal guidelines.

Damage or Loss: doebou, LLC takes significant care of all items but is not liable for minor wear or inherent defects. Detailed terms regarding loss coverage are available in our full service agreement.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All items must meet our condition standards. Prohibited items (e.g., counterfeits, damaged goods) will be rejected. Shipping for consigned items must use our approved labels. As a consignment platform, all sales are considered final unless the item is found to be significantly not as described.

User Conduct & Eligibility

By accessing doebou, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

User Responsibilities & Integrity

Users are expected to engage with the platform truthfully. This includes providing accurate descriptions of items for consignment and respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Unauthorized use of account features or providing false identification is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Behavior & Account Misuse

We strictly prohibit any form of harassment, fraud, or interference with the service. This includes uploading counterfeit items, circumventing payment systems, or attempting to compromise the security of other users' data. doebou reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual Property

All content included on the doebou platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of doebou, LLC or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of doebou, LLC.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by doebou. doebou has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that doebou shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall doebou, LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless doebou, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform.
